With TD Global Transfer you can send money from your eligible TD Canadian or U.S. dollar personal chequing, savings or line of credit account to your recipient's eligible Visa Card2.

Visa Debit Card3: your money transfer will be available in the cardholder’s bank account through a Visa Debit Card.

Visa Credit Card3: your money transfer will appear as a credit balance on the cardholder's credit card or will pay down the balance payable on the credit card.

Prepaid Visa Card3: your money transfer will be available as additional funds for use on the cardholder's Reloadable Prepaid Visa Card.

  2. Get an estimate: select a destination country and send amount.
  3. Choose a transfer method: select ‘Send to card’ to send money to an eligible Visa card.
  4. Start your transfer: confirm your personal information, select an existing recipient or enter your new recipient details and confirm your transaction.
  5. Track the status of your online transaction using the TD Global Transfer transaction history.

If you are a TD Cross-Border Banking customer, there is no TD Transfer Fee when you use Visa Direct to transfer funds from your Canadian-based personal bank account at TD Canada Trust to your U.S.-based personal account with TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank® that is linked to your TD Bank Visa Debit Card9.
