    This document is required for Sole Proprietors or Corporations operating under a trade name

  2. Partnership agreement
    This is only for partnerships and provides information about your business, including who can sign on behalf of the partnership
  3. Articles of incorporation
    This provides information about your incorporated business, including who can sign on behalf of the corporation

  1. Notice of assessment
    This provides income confirmation for your business, and must be dated within the last 2 years
  2. Business financial statements
    These financial statements help support your TD Business Credit Card application

How to switch to Online Statements

Online Statements are flexible, convenient and secure. You can view, download or print them 24/7. It’s easy to switch:

  1. Login to EasyWeb
  2. Select Statements and Documents from the left menu
  3. Select Delivery Preferences from the left menu
  4. Choose Online for all applicable accounts.
  5. Select Email Notifications for available Online Statement notification.
  6. Select the Save Changes button

Please note: There may be an annual fee associated with setting up each Additional Cardholder, depending on your TD Credit Card.
