TD Global Investment Solutions (TDGIS) is part of TD Bank Group, whose own history dates back more than 150 years. Our story brings together three decades of investment experience. Over that time the investment landscape, investor needs and our range of offerings have evolved and expanded. In 2013, TD Bank Group, which already operated an asset manager, TD Asset Management, acquired Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (TD Epoch) to introduce a broader range of global and U.S. active fundamental equity solutions guided by a highly respected investment team. Five years later, Greystone Capital Management Inc. was acquired and integrated into TD Asset Management, to offer greater access to alternatives, including real estate, infrastructure, and commercial mortgages. What has remained consistent is our focus on partnering with our clients to achieve their needs:

TD Asset Management Inc., Greystone Capital Management Inc. and Greystone Managed Investments Inc. amalgamate to form TD Asset Management Inc. The continuing entity is now able to offer Canadian institutional clients greater access to alternatives, including real estate, infrastructure, and commercial mortgages.
Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. opens its Melbourne, Australia office.
