How to switch Statements and Other Documents to online delivery on the TD app
Having your statements and documents online puts all your banking information at your fingertips. By going online, you’ll get access to your information 24/7.

Step 1: Login to the TD app and tap the More menu
Once you’ve logged in, tap the More icon in the bottom right.
Step 2: Select Settings
Now that we’re in, select Settings under the About You section to customize your preferences.
Step 3: Select Statements and Documents
Now select Statements and Documents from the Communications section.
Step 4: Select the Switch Now option for Online Statements and Other Documents
Look for Switch Now under Online Statements and Other Documents, then select.
Step 5: Save your delivery preferences
Select the Save button to save your delivery preferences.
You'll be notified by email when online Statements or Other Documents are ready to view.
Step 6: Review and accept the Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents
The Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents agreement explains the documents that will be delivered electronically, how they will be delivered, and how to change your delivery preferences.
To read and save it, click Consent to Electronic Delivery of documents.
To proceed, click on Accept.
You may still receive paper documents while your request is being processed.
